Welcome to our region
Hi there. We built our apartments for all those who want to share the peace and romance of Czech Switzerland and the Lusatian Mountains. The apartments are located on the border of these two locations. I believe that you will enjoy our property and the surrounding area, which is full of history and interesting places. Our accommodation offers up to 23 beds in 5 apartments with a private kitchen, a toilet and a shower.
All our apartments have a separate kitchen combined with a bedroom or with a bedroom and living room.
Two apartments have fireplaces.
There is also a large lounge and an internal porch. All apartments have superior kitchens. The living rooms have comfortable sofas and dining tables.
You will also find outdoor seating with a kitchen. Guests can store bicycles or skis. You can make your stay more enjoyable by relaxing in the hot tub or sauna.
All apartments are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Our 3 000m² site is the ideal place for a variety of activities, children’s games, exercise or barbecues.
The apartments can be used all year round. Bookings are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights. The exception is the New Year’s Eve week from 26th December 12. 2022 to 1st January 1. 2023. Furthermore, the summer vacation date from 30.6. until 31.8.2023, when we require accommodation for 3 nights.
Check in is always available from 3PM to 6 PM. By prior arrangement, check in is also possible at later hours. The number of the property manager is +420 606 605 693.
The price consists of accommodation in the apartments, municipality fee per person 20 CZK, energy 150 CZK, – and final cleaning 600 CZK, -. In the period from 1.6. to 30.9., in case of New Year’s Eve week and public holidays, we require payment of 30% deposit of the total price of the accommodation upon booking. Otherwise we will not take the order into account. The account number is – 2488349028/5500. 2488349028/5500. It is a good idea to write the name of the person sending the amount.
The deposit (payment for any damage), which is part of the payment for accommodation in the amount of 2500 CZK/100 EUR, will also be returned from this account number. The deposit is returned within 7 days after the guest’s departure. The guest is obliged to leave information about his account on booking, by email, in the reservation system or in the accommodation.
If there is occupancy of multiple apartments, in terms of one order we require a refundable deposit of 2500 CZK / 100 EU.
Price for one hour in the sauna is 10 EUR and 375 CZK or 15 EUR for putting the hot barrel into operation. It is possible to arrange separate operation of the barrel with the property manager. Then the price is 250 CZK,- or 10 EUR.
The size of the extra bed is 140 cm wide. Children under 3 years stay free of charge.
There is also a large children’s playground 100 m from the property. There is a swimming pool with a diameter of 3.60 m and a height of 0.90 m in the apartments area.
Common areas in our accommodation
There is also a lounge with a library and a kitchenette (a kettle, a fridge, a microwave oven) available for our guests.
The outdoor area offers a sauna and a hot tub, outdoor seating under a pergola where you will also find a stove, a barbecue and a smokehouse, seating by the fireplace, a grassy area for exercise or relaxation, and a shelter for bicycles and parking. Also available for rent is a hairdryer, complete first aid kit mixer, laundry detergent with washing machine and steaming pot.
